(By the True Heart News interviewing team in Taipei)During a press conference in “Panorama” program, “The Dalai Lama and the CIA” (Der Dalai Lama und die CIA), broadcasted by German First Television on June 7, 2012, the 14th Dalai Lama, who usually speaks loftily about love and non-violence in front of the Westerners, became vague when faced with the media’s questions about the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and Tibetan guerrillas. The program narrator commented “He did not deny it but avoided answering the questions.” It is apparent that the Dalai Lama weaved his way, though, with indirect answers. As the highest political leader of Tibetans in exile, how could the Dalai Lama be totally unaware of the violent protest and bloody killings organized by Tibetan guerrillas? Or, is it as he described in his autobiography of 1991 about the contacts of his brothers to the CIA: "My brothers thought it wise to keep this information from me.”

In the program of "The Dalai Lama and the CIA," a photo was shown of the Dalai Lama together with the Tibetan guerrillas, who escorted him during his adventurous escape from occupied Tibet. Amongst them, two fighters were CIA trained guerrillas. A freelance reporter, former chief editor of Japan Times Weekly, Yoichi Shimatsu says:
The guerrilla activities were approved by the government in-exile in Dharamsala, which is why they were later incorporated into the Indian army as “Special Frontier Forces – SFF,” also known as the “Tibetan army.” The CIA supported and carried out the guerrilla operation plans and high-ranking American officials notified the government in Dharamsala on every major decision seeking its approval. In my video of Karmapa, I have a recording made in front of the Pokhara hotels, where meetings were held between the CIA and the Tibetan government-in-exile. The meetings were to discuss their plans for guerrilla warfare. As head of the government in-exile, the Dalai Lama was directly responsible for the decisions made.

On top of that, Chushi Gangdrung's story (also known as "Musi Tong Kamba guerrilla") documented detailed evidence that the 14th Dalai Lama was fully aware of the military actions carried out by the Tibetan guerrillas.
In 1957, many liberation fighters gathered in the eastern parts of our hometown - Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. The Khampa (Tibetan tribe from which most of the guerrillas came) recognized the need to join forces and gather together to fight against the invasion by Communist China.
In order not to draw the attention of the Chinese who would monitor our activities and also to avoid having the various groups of freedom fighters meet face to face, Andruk Gonpo Tashi (leader of guerrillas) of Lithang and other leaders went under-cover as devotees making religious pilgrimage to Lhasa. With the consent of the Tibetan government, Chushi Gangdrug organized the famous celebration of the Golden Throne for his Holiness - the 14th Dalai Lama. The leader asked his Holiness to give them blessings at the Kalachakra, and His Holiness kindly accepted their request. Amdo Jimpa Gyatso had made a similar request in the past already. It was during the second Kalachakra blessing in 1957 that a collaboration between the two groups begun. The Khampa held Tenshuk (a ceremony for transmit the dharma of well-being and longevity of gurus) to pray for the longevity of his Holiness. The Tenshuk offerings on the new golden throne symbolized the sanctity of his appointment as leader of Tibet and the holiness of his existence.
The Kalachakra empowerment, as proclaimed by the Dalai Lama, is a peaceful blessing ceremony for the well-being of people; however, the truth revealed itself. Could such a ceremony then be transformed into a blessing for Kamba guerrillas to open fire and carry out violent killings? In fact, the very fundamental nature of Tibetan "Buddhism" is to use violence, slaughtering and fighting to solve problems and conflicts. "Kalachakra Tantra" is suffused with warring, killings and contents of putting the enemy to violent death. The final ending tells of the Kingdom of Shambhala sending troops to takeover the entire world. This is why Nazis, Fascists, Bolsheviks, neo-Nazi and the Japanese cult ringleader Shoko Asahara all used the contents of "Kalachakra Tantra" as guidelines and blueprints for their bloody takeover plans. They emulated its occult content and performed ceremonies of knighting "holy warriors."
The Dalai Lama has been the key figure from the start to finish in the Tibetan guerrillas and CIA’s operations. All plans made by the United States and the exiled Tibetan guerrillas were carried out only after his consent. In 1974, the CIA ended their aid to Tibetan guerrillas entirely and the Dalai Lama hastily drew a line with the guerrillas. Kamba guerrillas refused to surrender and the Dalai Lama was forced to send the Mustang resistance fighters a taped message asking them to surrender. He gave the order that they must obey the request of CIA. They did so, reluctantly. Some committed suicide soon afterwards following the “way of a defeated solider.” As well, internal strife broke out amongst the guerrillas and many died during the clashes. This is enough to prove that the Dalai Lama was the authority behind the guerrillas, and these are the scandals he tries to conceal from the western world. Henceforth, when facing inquiry, he either attributes the responsibility to his comrades or does not speak about the details.
In this regard, Chairman Zhang Gongpu of the True Enlightenment Education Foundation points out that thedouble-sided character of the Dalai Lama is gradually being exposed in numerous books and documentary films. The documentary, "CIA in Tibet" (filmed by Lisa Cathy - daughter of a former CIA agent), caused waves of criticism toward the Dalai Lama on German television and other media, which spread to other countries in Europe. The “false holy icon” of the Dalai Lama and his “false pacifism” will eventually be seen clearly when spotlight shines on historical evidence. As concluded by "Panorama" program: "The Dalai Lama knows that his European friends do not like this part of Tibetan history. This, however, is indeed part of his whole image." This signifies that those Europeans who respected and supported him as a pacifist are learning about his plots and tricks. The Europeans who seek truth based on facts and who speak out the truth will shatter his mask by uncovering historical evidence and will spurn hisfalse peace, false democracy, false benevolence and false tolerance.
